Recorder/Financial Director

Hello, my name is Penny Wilbanks.  I am the Financial Director for the City of Keiser.  I previously worked as the City Hall Coordinator and was awarded the opportunity to take over the Financials for the City of Keiser.  I have several years of experience with finances and bookkeeping.  I have been the secretary for our church for some time. I have 3 wonderful grown children and 6 amazing grandchildren. I love God, my church and my community.  I'm committed to making Keiser the best place possible.
